Rachel Gillespie is the Vice President of Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement at NBCC. In this role, Rachel oversees the College’s marketing, communications, stakeholder relations, alumni and philanthropic portfolios. In addition, as a strategy unto itself, Rachel provides oversight for NBCC’s internationalization efforts at the College. As a member of NBCC’s senior executive team, Rachel is also responsible for the oversight and development of the College’s organizational strategy, performance measurement, internal operational planning and continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma.
Prior to joining NBCC in 2016, Rachel held several senior leadership positions in the post-secondary sector in Ontario including diverse experience working in Government, healthcare and social services sectors. Rachel has an undergraduate degree in education and graduate degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership.
